Subsequent to receiving an inquiry (via our Contact Us form, a telephone call, an email or a fax), a sales representative will contact you to initiate a discussion about the product(s) that you are interested in.
All details pertaining to the order (such as, product name, description, size, etc.) will be recorded at that time.
After discussing the total cost, including delivery, with you, our sales rep will determine a delivery date that is reasonable. (NOTE: The delivery time will vary depending on the product that is being ordered).
In the case of products, such as incontinence products, our sales rep will arrange the delivery frequency (e.g. weekly, bi-weekly or monthly).
A copy of the order will be emailed or faxed to the customer for confirmation before the order is processed.
The product(s) will be delivered to your doorsteps discreetly and within the time frame that was agreed upon between our sales rep and the customer.
